      Good for senior persons ( above 10 years) who wants to settle and who does not have any technical ideas.

      Good balance of work & personal life. open culture. routine life 8 am to 5:30 pm.

      Cons

      No technical growth you are proactive enough. Lots of politics in higher management. their is no respect for any individual. getting a good team is a luck. average hike and salary. all decisions, how minor it be, are driven from outside.

      Pros

      Better than average pay, senior management treats employees with respect and are highly competent in their management skills. Excellent leverets to long term employees with flex vacation time. Interesting work with a Euro peon culture being French & Italian owned.

      Cons

      Not many promotions if you come in as a mid level engineer. Also, since some managers come from Europe they need USA training on HR rules but that not a big issue.
