      People are important and respected. Each person works together to promote the goals of the team. There are many innovative parts to promote, so customers are usually interested.

      Cons

      It is very big company so it takes longer than you would expect to accomplish some things. The web site could be better.

      Too much automation. A typical worker will not be easily adapted to smaller companies that has much less software automation.

      Pros

      A big company that allows to learn many things. Possibility to view many different aspects of products development, production and managment. Possibility of internal job posting to change type of job without changing company.

      Cons

      Too little meritocratic, the results are not rewarded in the correct way. Too many roles that are not needed and brake instead of accelerate the work.
