      STM is an equal opportunity employer which gives it's employees a wonderful environment to work in as well as benefits which are family oriented.

      STM is such a big company that makes it difficult to move or execute certain policies, developments, processes and improvements.

      good benefit okay salary nice work environment and people there are good to work with. free food and drinks.

      working hour is too long and no good promotion mechanism. marketing strategy is poor and lack of direction.
