      Balance life between Work and family. Good Exposure to Technology. Wide Variety of Work in ASIC domain. Employee Friendly and Good at Recession.

      Cons

      Low Compensation. Limited Growth Options. Politics and Inter Team differences. Manager and Employee relationship is very bad. No recognition and Rewards for High Performing Employee.
