Pros
Very less and simple work, even non-technical persons can also do the technical work at ST. Safe haven for inefficient managers and engineers for longer stay. Less availability of good vlsi engineers in New Delhi area therefore there is job security.
Cons
Most of the immediate supervisors/managers are inefficient therefore they always support their inefficient team members for their own job security and growth. Mostly promotions and good salary hike are given to least performer and inefficient employees causing best performer to leave the company. Knowledge of dirty politics is required for better growth and job security. Not recommended to work for more than 4 years else he/she will become jack of all trades and master of none.
