      Pros

      Work-life balance was fine for a Silicon Valley company. Employees didn't work the crazy hours that were typical for Silicon Valley.

      Cons

      Management was largely clueless and confused about its future strategy. Poor communiction skills - employees weren't kept informed. They had cool technology early on in the company's history, but ran out of ideas.

      It's a foreign company. we could have more chance to know many different people for the world wide. For life, it provides better payment than before

      Cons

      lack a complete and system organization. St is too conservative becasue it always has buget control. It's not good for R&D to develop.
