      supportive management/bosses, very good working environment, lots of learning.. especially if someone join it at fresher level, he will learn a lot for sure. team members/leaders are very supportive. very very good work-life balance ..

      Cons

      salary lesser as compared to similar profile in other companies, lot of saturation at higher levels of job i.e your are almost stuck after reaching a certain position(after 7-8 years experience)

      Pros

      STM has excellent work culture. As a core electronics company, it offers very good work. Chances to grow and opportunities are immense.

      Cons

      Less pay package as compared to other competitors. Though employees work their best but are not much driven to work for company's success as a whole.
