      Pros

      Since they are like a family, they will support you through the tough times and everyone is very helpful and supportive to new people. The transporation system is A+. Cafeteria, of course, is commendable.

      Cons

      Since they are like a family, you are supposed to put it first, and you are made to feel guilty when you can't...actual experience may differ from team to team, but, i feel overall the level of gossip and back-bitching is very high!

      Cons

      Low salary Heavy distrust Lack of facilities/social engagement/recreation - so far as to not having a microwave in pantry(reason given - maintenance) Overall very traditional mindset, freedom is subjective to reporting boss. No WFH during critical periods, employee satisfaction very low.
