      STMicroelectronics: company pro and cons.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, no hard work required if you like to take work easy, state-of-the-art projects, interesting research ares. Only worldwide company present in Italy that design product here in Italy (if you're really lucky you could even be part of some project just on the technology edge).

      Cons

      Lack of any meritocracy, some division is really just surviving. STMicroelectronics presents all defects of big companies, one for all is the possibility to have a relevant number of co-workers that really think at STMicroelectronics like a place where you go to take a salary but you do not need to give anything back for this.

      new technology not much more i can say. really there isnt much more i can say. oh i suppose the colleagues were great company, many friends that were made there
