Established organization, excellent benefits, lots of interesting stuff to work on.

Cons

Like all big organizations a little bit slow to react to changes on the marketplace. Mid management a little bit overgrown.

It's close to my home, it's international, it's an advanced company. The cantine is good and the atmosphere is very challenging and formative.

Cons

The salary is low, the internship and the consultants are widely used. The benefits are not adequate. The french influence is not positive for the italian divisions

Some groups work on the cutting edge developments, interesting if you work in those groups. Otherwise it is just a permanent job with a bad salary

Cons

Never met so many bad people in a single job environment. It seems some of them don't really go to their office to work but just to fill their life up.
