      Pros

      Relaxed working environment. Deadline are pretty flexible and people are helpful in general. You get to work with some international teams and it provides good exposure.

      Cons

      After some time you may feel that you are surrounded by not so qualified people. Remuneration provided is not appropriate as per one's experience and with respect to other companies.

      Relaxed, slow pace, friendly colleagues, understanding people, great place to retire, provides courses for employees. Man days can always be arranged with BAs, I usually complete my developments even before the project begins, leaving me to provide bug-free solutions to global users and alot of time to socialise and take breaks.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standard, Management doesn't care about employees, full of foreigners (Myannmarese + Malaysians + Indians), ethnic enclaves, Managers are mostly non-Asians, hard to get promoted, poor recognition of work
