      Pros

      Lots to learn if one really wants to. Great minds at the top level. They thrive to innovate. Provides over-comfort zone to employees, very relaxed culture => Not a good sign for freshers.

      Cons

      Lower level employees crib a lot about their pay. Strong negative image of the company among lower level employees.

      STMicroelectronics is a good place to work

      Pros

      ST is a good place to work. The work environment is good. Management and colleagues are friendly, at least in my department. Employee benefit is great.

      Cons

      However, the whole company is not doing well, especially in the field where my department is. ST has not been making profit for the past few years and it is continuously losing market share.
