      Pros

      Professionalism, manager treat everyone as a professional, listen to opinions and comments. Flexible working hour. Less stress if compare to other company.

      Cons

      Emphasize at the cost instead of quality. It is very often that ,it always happen to have cut cost, freeze hiring, etc. Too many level at the organisation structure, slower response time at work. Too many managers, mostly are europeans.

      Pros

      Great people with a lot of different activities and skill sets all in one place. Rather than moving companies for a change of role you just transferred internally.

      Cons

      There are a lot of people with too much power and not enough knowledge making company wide decisions and mandating things on others.
