      Pros

      Very nice company to work for. Great life/work balance. Encouraged to do innovative work. Travel to Europe.

      Cons

      The present CEO has not been a success. The company is becoming very insular (in my opinion). From being one of the top 3 semiconductor companies it is shrinking into a medium sized power and analog products company.

They even constrain you and make you handicap even in your specialisation - Freshers Get use to the Relax culture -Everything is so stable , so they lack and avoid innovation
