      People are friendly. Interesting technologies.

      Cons

      Very European centric in terms of employment and customer service. In other words, lay offs occur in the Americas or Asia first, before any consideration in Europe. Not very flexible with customer requests, unless the request fits exactly within the present business model.

      Pros

      Professionalism, manager treat everyone as a professional, listen to opinions and comments. Flexible working hour. Less stress if compare to other company.

      Cons

      Emphasize at the cost instead of quality. It is very often that ,it always happen to have cut cost, freeze hiring, etc. Too many level at the organisation structure, slower response time at work. Too many managers, mostly are europeans.
