Excellent work life balance. Employee friendly policies Better than average pay master in general but good in North India (for experienced individuals) Provides AC transportation facility Works closely with France They provide good severance pay :-D

Cons

Internal group movement is not very smooth Work from home is generally discouraged Work mostly driven from France Once they did layoff too Pace of work is slow
