      Company spends alot of resources assigning ownership to department (for wafer fab yield or defectivity issues). Company departments are not always aligned in their goals.

      Very fast paced if in the right project can have good work life balance mostly up to you do define your level of implication. Provides good balance between industrial RnD and academic links. Flexible projects. Work targets are very versatile. Generally good and skilled people to work with and learn.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming especially after senior level. Too many projects, sometimes too fragmented. We need to define clear mega trends and pursue.
