      Management, HR that spouted the company line permanently - didnt listen to employees. Complete dis-interest in recognising staff achievements - unless you were in the design team. Lack of pay rises and promotions, lower grade staff had minimal increases, enough to keep them on the bottom of the band levels that was all.
