      Pros

      It provides amazing work life balance. One of the good places to work in North India in semi-conductor space. Provides good learning opportunity especially if one is fresher or has experience less than a year.

      Cons

      The compensation is on the lower side compared to peers. Benefits/bonuses are very limited. No stock/ESPP options available.

      Pros

      Im only speaking my own office. It's relatively "relaxing" environment, whereby you can don't need to work over time if you don't want to.

      Cons

      Career advancement seems to be limited, unless you are in the European office, due to the internal organization. Management also has differences motivating people.

      Personal Growth. A lot of freedom. Work with talented people from all across the globe. Innovative technology and large production capacity. Good benefits. Ability to invent yourself. Open communication with local management.

      Cons

      Poor direction from Europe for USA. Slow moving on technology changes. Organization needs better definition and support.
