      Good compensation with HMO, 13th month and bonus

      Cons

      Toxic workmates (mostly old employees), if a certain issue arise, they usually blame people and spotlight them in a meeting.

      Pros

      Coworkers were quite knowledgeable in their field. The Data team was always trying to come up with ways to actually improve the infrastructure and create great processes that could massively benefit the company.

      Cons

      Everything is too slow. Slow to get resources, slow to get responses to email, slow to adopt technologies, slow to make any significant change. Too much pushback from management that wanted Data Science but didn't want to commit to what having data science really involved. They also came up with too many excuses to offer a reasonable salary for data scientists despite data scientists having to take over data engineering jobs, dashboard building, etc which is not part of the job description. Overall too much work for the pay given.
