Business Outlook
Pros
You can not get fired, despite the performance you have. Is a big company with a stable asset and world wide presence. Many employees, many locations, many groups, many well skilled engineers with very strong technical background from which to learn when you are a new / fresh graduate.
Cons
No carrer at all, despite the performance. No benefits at all. Poor turn over, very poor international community in any region I visited. Management stucked into hystorical / traditional business models and networks: pity!
