      Salary is high when compared to other Italian companies They care a lot about their employees Benefits, meals included

      Your working experience in ST will really depend on your group. In some group you will learn a lot, in other groups you may find people who don't want to risk to lose their positions, so they won't share their experience with you.

      Pros

      When you work at STM, you got the opportunity to access a very interesting domain of technology. Every day you are learning something new ... the work environment is cute and friendly.

      Cons

      Some projects arrived in a critical path and you find yourself working under stress (project value : some Million of dollars). Hurry up, do your job quickly but do it correctly ...

      Pros

      ST is like a Great University: you stay for a learning period and then you should leave it, otherwise you will stagnate.

      Cons

      Very Bad salary, limited Career evolution, Team and Site Managers are put by politics. Some teams/divisions worked harder than the others, but there is no consideration to that.
