Pros
Young colleagues are friendly and willing to teach and help each other.
Cons
Micromanages everyone, higher management bypass managers. Lack of guidance from seniors but expect juniors to do everything perfectly. Always find someone to blame even for small mistakes. So much politics, have to be careful for everything. Scolding and belittling culture. Higher level only care about their own KPI and forcing people to take up projects and expects ppl to OT. Terrible pantry, only water is free. Needless to say, benefits and salary is not competitive. Don't quite recommend fresh grads to come.
