The company has many good bosses, who are willing to listen to /discuss with you. Good learning experience and opportunities. Bonus are not bad. Minimum retrenchment (none during the time I worked there), so it is a quite a stable job.

Cons

Sometimes can be very stress as pacing can be very fast, especially when rushing the project and have direct meeting with important customer.
