      Pros

      The teams are fluid and dynamic, the best I have ever worked with. Opportunities are available for those willing to take the challenge and go the extra mile. We are somewhat spoiled at STM. That's an environment that motivates employees to strive for excellence.

      Cons

      Shutting down, manufacturing operations in the US are moving overseas by the end of 2011.

      Nice, informal work environment flexible work times good cafeteria if you are lazy and want to do nothing, no one will throw you out

      Cons

      if you are lazy and want to do nothing, no one will throw you out (the above means that if you are good, they will ask you to do everything) Management doesn't follow the policies they set, specially on quality issues

      Pros

      the benenfits are great and the pay is excellent, and the work is very stimulating and challenging and usually pleasant.

      Cons

      Employees are required to take 7-8 days of vacation every quarter to reduce cost liabilities, It is impossible to use the 3-4 weeks you have earned to take one long and well-earned relaxing vacation. This policy causes stress and is unhealthy. Nobody likes this policy.
