      - Slow Management - No Good Hikes - Europeans always look forward to take the command of all the world-wide activities - No Good Decision Making - No specialisation in Work. They even constrain you and make you handicap even in your specialisation - Freshers Get use to the Relax culture -Everything is so stable , so they lack and avoid innovation

      It offers a very firendly and open atmosphere and primariy being euopean allows employees to create a balance between the work life and personel life. For me the latter is the biggest plus.
