Pros
Excellent people to work with locally and on project team, Cool exciting projects, Excellent skill sets and capabilities in general among engineers in US,France, and India. Decent benefits- 401k matching , vacation, health etc
Cons
Company makes lots of decisions that benefit the French side of the ocean :-) Since they are French one could see why. However the highest level of management - CEO etc seem very lacking in the strategic skills to run such a large company, This is reflected in their share price. Hindered engineering efforts by not providing the right tools in the right quantities - aalwways a struggle to have enough EDA licenses at key junctures in program.
