      Pros

      Job Stablility, increment stablility. Good company for those fresh graduates as this is the place for learning. Most people leave after gaining experience. Good place for slackers who cannot perform. They can hang on here as long as forever.

      Cons

      Don't expect high increment anually. Feels like a prison. Stingy company - do not expect any great benefits. Salary and other cash incentives lags behind rival companies of same industry May take ages or never for implementing changes which is good for the company which are suggested by employees Bad place for those who can perform as it may just go un-recognised Hire too many foreign talents who are highly paid but who contribute little or even nothing.
