      Pros

      I work in STM for about 3 years, so far what I can say is that your work-life balance is good as long as you yourself don't overwork. You can also have a good career path if you have ambition.

      Cons

      Salary, bonus and compensation are just average, nothing special here. Besides that I can't really think of any other cons.
