      Good work culture, Stressfree environment, good workforce, many benefits to interns like free bus facility, susidised food etc, good management, timely salaries come in account,

      Cons

      The very first day the hope to be a permanent employee here is shattered, majority of the times they don't convert it to the permanent employment. Some people get disheartened too, No specific trainings about the work is given, the individual has to be self motivated while knowing that there is hardly any scope to get employed here.
