      Insurance includes the family. Have Medical allowance per year. Annual Wage Supplement(13th month pay) Work Life Balance MBO

      Cons

      Very slow progress particularly with Maintenance Engineering as compared with Process Engineering. Increment is very low. Around S$60/year increase. Not much career opportunity or training to catapult you to top management if you are with Maintenance Engineering.
