      Only the package is good

      Cons

      No work life balance. Manager/boss are not at all supportive in work and don't give leaves. If you are able to finish work in 8 hours means as per to them you are not working...for them efficient working is to sit in company for 10hours or more even if people are taking more breaks or not working. If you gel up with everyone according to the manager you have ample time and you are no working. They don't take it positively. Think twice before joining the finance team.

      Pros

      Travel the world, often to very remote locations you would rarely, if ever, visit on your own. Training is exceptional and particularly challenging. Coworkers often become your best friends, many great people at Schlumberger.

      Cons

      Travel and work schedule often leads to long periods away from home and any family you would ever hope to see.

      great international community with opportunities to travel worldwide. Opportunity to transition into different departments and roles.

      Cons

      lack of direction and management, lack of respect towards work/life balance, and dinosaur mentalities. Need more young people in the company
