      Good pay, but worked all the time

      Pros

      Good training, good pay, got to travel a good amount. Was given a lot of responsibility from early on. Adventure in the work environment.

      Cons

      Management didn't have a clue. If you were a good engineer they would work you to death. Didn't listen to any of the emplyees. If you wanted to stay where you were, you got transfered. Wanted to experience a new place, sorry nothing available anywhere in the world.

      Great place to obtain skills that no other O&G company will provide

      Cons

      Middle management is a disaster; best places to work are in the field and within the upper ranks. Work life balance is difficult, depending on your manager. Prepare to give your life to the company but you will be rewarded with first class skills.

      gradual erosion of package over the years, excessive processes, loosing gradually the human dimension and technology focus and leadership.
