Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are astounding. I work with the smartest people in the area in my field so i never feel like i'm dealing with incompetent people which occurrs a lot outside of this area. I am treated fairly, and I am given flexible scheduling to work around my present life situation. I have a great sense of pride in my company and back it up 100%.
Cons
I have yet to find any real downsides. Anyone complaining is probably too spoiled and should go elsewhere to see what its like to work for an inferior company.
