      Benefits are very good although I do not partake of all. Flexible work schedule.

      Freedom. Autonomy Respect. a Real Life. When you love your job and the company values your contributions. Everything is easy.

      Cons

      I'm only paid a salary that I deserve. I would prefer to be overpaid for what I do but you can't have everything. :) ok...you know this is tongue in cheek, right?
