-Good work life balance -Lots of freebies. -Lot of internal tech events like hackathons, tech fests, tech meetups.

Cons

- Very less opportunity to learn new things. - Many teams are still stuck with age old technologies like ABAP. - Very less amount of work which will eventually make you lazy.
