      Pros

      Good Work-Life Balance. They care about their employees and have a good range of employee benefits lined up. You get to learn about new technologies on which SAP is working. Good place to settle down in your career.

      Cons

      Work can become monotonous after a while. It all depends on the team you are in. Even if you are exposed to newer technologies, you might not get to work on them.

      Pros

      People here are very supportive and friendly. There are great chances for learning if you get a good project. Nice work life balance.

      Cons

      Being a big company a large level of management is there. It takes a large amount of time to get your work recognized. Also resignation depends on the projects. There are some projects in which work is going on some very old technology and nobody cares about them. In such projects, learning scope is very less.
