Pros
Aside from the beautiful new campus, amazing free food and incredible benefits (unlimited time off and two weeks over the Christmas holiday), I appreciate the smart, collaborative people they hire. From day one employees are encouraged to give direct feedback, which seems so simple, but makes a huge difference in creating a healthy work environment. In my past experiences at other companies, employees conducted clandestine meetings to complain about a person or situation, but never addressed the people actually involved. Senior management truly makes an effort to listen to the employees as we continue to grow. (And trust me, I've worked in a couple of companies where they do countless surveys with no intention of putting any of that feedback into practice.)
Cons
The small percentage of employees who don't appreciate everything the company provides.
