It can be very hard to get something done. Regardless of how good an idea is, how easy it might be to pull off, we’re always under staffed which results in having to fight to get a project off the ground, let alone released. • Work-life balance is very difficult, especially for new people. Pros

Fantastic benefits, committed coworkers, positive and friendly environment. Lots to enjoy and plenty of room to carve a niche or specialization, as well as jump onto projects that interest you.

Cons

Sometimes too much iteration and not enough execution/delivery. Forced to suffer the pain of delivering broken products to live environments. The few people who do seem to exploit the culture appear able to do so without consequence, but fortunately seem to mostly do it for their gain, not other peoples' detriment.
