Pros

Really fun and impactful work, great benefits, great office environment with outstanding amenities. Company culture is generally open, very understanding of a life outside the office. Across the organization, teams celebrate accomplishments in a rewarding way.

Cons

Slightly older workers may feel out of place with such a young group of employees. Would not recommend any job at Riot if you don't love video games. The Los Angeles area is expensive to live in.
