Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

I had a horrible experience working at one of the subcompanies of the Reply Group. Managers were condescending and bullied others frequently. Harassment is excused as tough love. My mental health suffered at the company and I didn't even obtain any qualifications that increased my employability. You will spend your time drafting slide decks and reports for managers that are meaningless, even if they promised you that this is a coding/ technical role. The time that I spent working for one of the subcompanies was a waste and I didn't learn anything of value. Managers will only have a few years of experience than you and are not qualified to lead a team or to mentor you. Most people who work there aren't qualified and use AI heavily to pretend they know what they are doing. The office is cramped and sometimes there weren't enough seats for all employees. They also fire or lay people off when there isn't enough work to do, which is frequent. I couldn't discourage you more from joining this company or even interviewing with them. A large proportion of employees come across as arrogant, condescending and pathetic. It's almost impressive how little value their projects add to clients workflows and systems.

Pros

You’ll meet some smart, well-intentioned colleagues. Exposure to major events and global clients can be valuable early in your career.

Cons

Reply talks a big game about creativity, but the reality is rigid, top-down control. Ideas are only welcomed if they’re safe, predictable, and fully approved by the executives who rule by fear and ego. Executives regularly scream at teams. Emotional volatility is the norm. Boundaries are ignored. It’s not a culture of innovation; it’s a culture of control.

Pros

Team was collaborative. Learning curve is good.

Cons

They are just wasting people's time in interviews. They don't have actual budget to hire and sustain
