- internal position evolution every 3 years (possibility to make strong career change internally) - high diversity of international projects - lots of autonomy and responsability - lots of interaction with Nissan - strong international network

Cons

- managers who are not real managers - top management not showing the example when restrictions are requested - low salary increase - industry in crisis

Stable not hard job. Stable but slow salary and career growth. Easy to combine with personal life and interests. No stress.

Cons

Difficult to change the way things are done, many barriers. Slow salary and career growth. Very huge intermediate management. A lot of people to think, few people to do. Underpaid in comparison with other CAC 40.

Pros

International operations. Changing environment. 5 weeks off. Constant challenges. A lot of projects going on. Very passionate people in design and engineering department. Carlos Ghons starts to change the company.

Cons

Very complex hierarchy. Employees required to stay at least 3 years at the same position. It's quite difficult to move from for example IT to commercial department. Still very French company despite international operations. Constant budget reductions. In many departments you are obliged to take 4 out 5 weekd of holiday in August when factories are closed. Plenty of privileges had been cut in recent years (cars allowance, mobile phones etc).
