      Fast paced, lots happening all the time, generally chaos. Tend to compensate slightly above market.

      Cons

      Spend 3-5 years at Reckitt and you’ll be involved in projects to reverse the previous project you worked on… Life really dependant on immediate line manager, make sure they’re a good one!

      Micro Management, Poor Corporate Culture, Incompetent, No Training and career plan to employees, long approvers list to get things done. Many poor attitude and poor behavior colleagues.

      High turn over, common to get stuck at grades, no real technical career profession more focused towards managers, can be perceived as negative bully atmosphere, lack of focus on wellbeing from managers, whoever shouts the loudest gets recognition
