- Grown adults gossiping and acting inappropriately. HR Does nothing about this and does not care whatsoever.
- A weird culture where they purposely don't give you much guidance to push you to take the initiative to learn. This part isn't weird. What is weird is that no one is willing to help.
- Extremely long hours, you'll consistently work overtime.
- Turnover here is extremely high. It is simply too toxic. I have seen my colleagues being belittled by their managers in large meetings, it happens pretty frequently. Don't be surprised if your colleagues speak poorly about you behind your back or make fun of you for not knowing something, it happens often. I have also seen my colleagues getting told off for not staying late enough (looks bad, they like to stay late for "optics").
- For the number of hours you put in, the pay is simply not worth it. Your relative income is actually a lot lower. There are many CPG companies worth working for, this is not one of them.
