Pros
you will have a few meeting a years with you manager ( if you care about that ) monthly activities (mostly restaurants) they will pay for Training with out much of a problem They are probably one of the best SSII but still a SSII, the difference between them and working directly for Amadeus is huge I do recommend Ausy as long as you understand what they are, you will work for the client and not for Ausy. do not stay more than two years though
Cons
Annual Pay raise, Salaries are normally under the average. Mobility, very difficult to change missions ( but not impossible) meeting, documents, and Ausy specific training are done on you free time the only way to get something ( rise, change project et is to threat then with quiting
