      - Better work environment since the departure of Benjamin ROUX as director. - Colleagues are fun and cool to be with. - Location of the offices

      - Salary - Advantages - Profit shares never paid 'cause "we invest in the growth of the company" (not of our employees) - Management is one of the worst I have seen.
