Great collective and teams, not much opportunity to grow

The collective is amazing, always willing to help. Work from abroad is accepted, but not unlimited. Hybrid regime is the mostly used, they still accept Remote office as an option.

Cons

Not much opportunity to grow. Frequent team reorganizing. Salary increases are low.
