      Pros

      Like in every company, if you work hard, they'll compensate you somehow. You are responsible of your own growth, but definitely there's always a place for that. Also, you can always share your opinions.

      Cons

      Communication and administration systems need to improve.

      Pros

      - great environment - superb colleagues - a lot of things to learn - open mined management - interesting work for leading IT business companies - a great opportunity to use English on daily basis

      Cons

      - time consuming (need to communicate across multiple time zones) - extremely tights TATs on some projects, if you can't work under the pressure it's not a job for you - ups and downs on projects

      Good benefits. Interesting industry (localization). Nice people.

      Cons

      In 2 year time, there were many organization changes. Not really paying as much as they used to. Not a big possibility for a career path. Bad internal communication of important news that leads to gossiping etc.
