Pros
• The management is closely connected to the employees even at executive level. • They have an amazing products (like Trados) that always brings in good money and also makes them the market leader in the Language and Translation Space. • Very structured environment with an amazing culture. • Diversity is appreciated and celebrated which is shown by celebrating every culture who is a part of this organization. • They have so many IT projects across various domains like .Net, PHP, Node JS, Python, Java, Sitecore, Drupal, DNN, Angular, React, Android, iOS, IONIC, Azure, AWS, TensorFlow, IBM Watson, MySQL, Dynamo DB, COVEO, Solr etc etc. • Compensation for any overtime work is done well, although it depends on clients mostly. • Community is superb, everyone makes you feel involved even if you are directly not playing any part.
Cons
• Working here is like a marathon as the headline says. You need to spend a lot of time and effort to make a mark. • Not all project managers are as competitive beside what their experience says. • Normal compensation should be high when you enter this company as appraisals here are not attractive. • If you are looking for something that challenges you to the core then this might not be the perfect place, since work is quite stable. So I would say if you have a family and want a peaceful life with all the above pros mentioned this is a perfect place.
