Low salary, overtime - depends on the team/client, but all extra time was paid, or you could take it out

Terrible management. Priory is shareholder while staff expected to work more and more for less

Some good peers but the really good people are overlooked while yes people are promoted

Cons

Staff over worked and getting worse each year as more people are laid off while investors take profits during a recession. Very low pay and impossible to get pay raise
